Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and line performance
• Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Coordinate with QC, supply chain, and maintenance teams
• Monitor output, efficiency, and reduce waste
• Train and develop production staff
• Prepare shift reports and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Bachelor’s in Food Technology or related field
• 3+ years experience in food manufacturing
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to be placed at the factory location
